After a very negative experience at another dealer, it was a blessing to do business with Carlos. He was conscientious of my needs, took extended time combing over Jackie Cooper's inventory to find me jus was a blessing to do business with Carlos. When we had found the right car, he had me come into the dealership where he showed me respect, courtesy, and a wonderful sense of kindness during the test drive and subsequent paper signing. He went over each step of the contract with me making sure I understood what I was signing, and attended to my comfort the entire time. He was even so kind estis and refreshments out to my mother who was waiting outside. After dealing with several dealerships and multiple salesman during my car search, I would highly recommend Carlos over any of them. After I purchased the car he kept contact with me to make sure that I understood all the cars features, and that it was performing to my satisfaction. So he not only took care of me during he also provided excellent service after the sale. You don't see that a lot these days.
