We realize that there was some confusion and it was assumed to be Keyless GO, instead. The two features are, in fact, different. We were happy to be able to find for you another vehicle that indeed had Keyless GO as a feature. We earnestly apologize that the agreed upon discount, due to your professional status, was not applied, That was an error on our part. Please know that we would never purposely deceive nor wrongly advertise to our clientele. We have been proudly serving our community for over 30 years and that service is based on a culture of ethics and transparency. It was unfortunate that your particular experience wasn't exceptional--something we strive for every time.
