When I first went to this dealership, all of the cars were dirty like mud rained down over night. I had been given a car fax report showing no damage was done to the vehicle I was purchasing, even though were dirty like mud rained down over night. I had been given a car fax report showing no damage was done to the vehicle I was purchasing, even though it was a used Mercedes. When I got home they sent a survey, so I gave them a 5 star rating. Now I am changing this to a three star, due to what happened after. Within a day of owning the vehicle, I noticed bumper damage and paint scratches. We hadn't taken the car anywhere, so it was this way from the dealership. This wasn't listed on the Carfax report either, but there was a spot that had been touched up previously, so the dealer knew about it. I got estimates and was told the bumper would need to be repainted. I reached out to our salesman yesterday, he asked for information on the damage so he could see if there was something they could do. No response has been given since. He got his payment and five star rating the first time, so that is all that mattered apparently. Wouldn't recommend this deaker after the lack of follow-up and customer care. More
