Great dealership all the way around. From the first moment I set foot on the lot I was treated better than probably any other store I'd visited in a while. I've been in the auto industry and can say first hand that pressure is the word of the hour. Not here! I was treated with respect and genuine kindness from Mushtaq in sales to Connor in finance and everyone else I encountered in the process. Even when the deal didn't seem to look like it wasn't going to work, there was no pressure. Just a simple "take your time and make the best decision for you". Because of that approach, which must start at the top and work it's way down, I'm going back in to finish the deal that the two above mentioned gentleman fought for me to have. I had come in once before for an issue with an E350 that I had while I was visiting family in Tulsa a couple of years ago. I had my vehicle towed to JCM and it was resolved the next day with smiles all the way. Since then, I have moved to the area and I can say with full assurance. that I will go to JC before any other dealer to see if they have what I want. Oh and by the way, I'm what you might call a "particular" type of customer that wants things a certain way and when you're spending $70,000 on a vehicle it should be like you want. This organization doesn't despise that, but seems to take it as a challenge to create another relationship rather just a sale. If you can't tell, I'm sold. Give them a try and I'm sure you'll experience the same level of integrity that I did. More
