Brian, we are sorry to see your review. Upon our last interaction with you, you were ecstatic over the sell of your vehicle to us and then the purchase of your new Porsche Macan. We understand that, while you had your eye on a pre-owned Porsche sportscar, as well, you were not ready to make the decision to purchase. In all transparency, we informed you that the vehicle was seriously being considered by another client and more than likely would be purchased the next day, and that is, indeed, what happened. While we understand your disappointment, we cannot hold vehicles for consideration, keeping them from being purchased by others without confirmation and earnest money. This is a normal business practice held by all automobile sellers. We apologize that this left you with a negative experience. We absolutely loved creating a relationship with you and we hope that you will reconsider doing business with us in the future. If you would like to discuss this more, we would love to have our General Sales Manager, Ryan Knotts, contact you directly.
