Everyone went out of their way to accommodate us. Helpful and friendly. We had brought our E Class in for service and was provided a very nice loaner. Brian showed me a number of cars, we test drive one and then he showed us an EClass not yet ready to go and still in the service garage. It was a recently returned lease. That was the one I fell in love with. They did some wrangling between my car, the loaner and the new car and I was able to pick it up just 3 days later while still being able to use the loaner.
