I am always crunched for time, so when I walked onto the dealership right before a thunderstorm I didn’t think I’d get much help. In comes Blayne, with an umbrella and keys. In the rain, Blayne took the time to open up and show me cars that met my criteria. I didn’t think many salespeople would’ve wanted to sit in a vehicle with the door open and propping up an umbrella on the door frame to stop the rain in order to go over the details and questions about each car I wanted to see. He set an appointment for my wife and I to test drive the car we wanted and met her promptly when I couldn’t arrive on time. Blayne patiently answered all our questions, brought us independent details we requested on which we could base a decision, informed us about the basic steps to close the sale, and surprised us with my wallet that I had forgotten in the vehicle I had sat in during the thunderstorm. The dealership was clean and the staff were very polite and accommodating. The people that I had the pleasure of doing business with were my salesperson Blayne, and the gentleman that handled the financing and accommodating. The people that I had the pleasure of doing business with were my salesperson Blayne, and the gentleman that handled the financing was Conner. Both of which were outstanding in their customer service. Blayne was very helpful throughout the entire process, and Conner worked hard to get me a good rate on the financial end of the deal. Before running anything through the lenders Conner and Blayne came and spoke with me to see if the projected rate would be okay, which I truly appreciated. Blayne was there on his day off which to me shows a dedicated work ethic. I know Blayne was there to make a sale, and earn his living which we all have to do, but I feel as though there was a genuine care and concern with helping me and making sure everything went smoothly. Overall Blayne and Conner are at the top of the list when it comes to my car buying experiences, and Jackie Cooper should feel fortunate to have two dedicated employees. More
