Great buying experience I went in hoping to upgrade and purchased a certified pre-owned, so did my homework and when I arrived I was greeted by Austin, very pleasant, low pre I went in hoping to upgrade and purchased a certified pre-owned, so did my homework and when I arrived I was greeted by Austin, very pleasant, low pressure and easy to talk to. Got everything together for the test drive quickly and again, one of the easiest sale people I've dealt with in any setting. Enjoyed talking and decided on the vehicle. Came back in a couple days and everything was ready - the service department even found a couple things that I didn't see when they were doing the inspection and each item was fixed before I arrived. Worked with Joe in financing and that was easy and just sailed through that. Collectively, I would say I've not dealt with two sales folk who were as personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely will recommend Jackie Cooper to anyone who is thinking of purchasing. More
