When we arrived the car we were going to test drive was out front, clean, and ready for inspection. Additionally, there was a cafe’ style sign with our names welcoming us. Nice Touch! The personnel were all polite, and well dressed without exception. My advice; come well prepared with information, paperwork, examples, etc to support your negotiations! These folks are professional and had lots of data to support their prices! While we all wish we could get a better deal (still feel they could have come down a bit more), and car sales are always us vs them in nature, they were indeed aggressively priced vs other dealers, and VERY transparent. I’d highly recommend Jackie Cooper and our Sales Professional Kendall Taylor. More

The Internet Manager, Chris Mathis, Sales Manager-Chuck and Finance Director-Jeff Badley were also great with my vehicle purchase. I wanted to keep my purchase local and with many competitve Internet ptions available, you will not get the customer service and peace of mind online like you would right at home with Jackie Cooper Imports. Who wants to go to a dealership and deal with all the extra hustle and hassles? Some people like it, I do not. At Jackie Cooper, it's not like that and I appreciate it.
