He quickly offered up what I was looking for and took a test drive of a new looking 2016 Jeep Larado. I drove over a hundred miles that day to shop cars from Arkansas. He gave me a no haggle price that saved me $2500 on what I had seen in Arkansas. Everyone then from Andy the manager and Jeff the Finance man took car of me in a very professional and honest way. No add on’s on the price, no hassle on finance or selling extras. The best buying experience in years from the whole team at Jackie Cooper Imports! My sales professional, Kendall Taylor called me several times about the car through the process, came to get me from the airport and even called to see if I made it home. Everyone was very nice! Wanted to purchase a vehicle Today I went in and test drove a car. I was interested in purchasing it but waiting for a few things to line out with my job but was still interested Today I went in and test drove a car. I filled out all my information for a credit check before heading to work hoping to hear back from them. It’s been 6 hours since I left the dealership, called my sales guy twice and just keeps apologizing as if he is forgetting about me or management is pushing it off. I get it’s not the most expense car on the lot but I’m still a buying customer. I’m a business women. Some things I would change is follow up with your customers let them know what is going on don’t just let them call you. Also don’t make the customer feel if they don’t buy the car today you won’t even help with the buying process( how I felt about the manager). Mushtaq was my sales guy, very professional and nice. Not blaming my 1 star on him necessarily. Just wish I felt more like a customer then I money sign. I’m not asking to move on price just wanted to know my financing options before purchasing the vehicle like anyone else but If I don’t hear anything by 7pm tonight I will be taking my business somewhere else who actually will let me know on purchasing the car I want to buy. Don’t see what’s so hard about that. Very disappointed. More

There are many variables in terms of equipment and pricing. I appreciate everyone’s effort to ensure that my time at the dealership went as well as it did. People open the door for you when you walk in, people speak to you and ask you if you need assistance without being annoying.
