They Take Care of Me and My Car with Integrity Historically while I have owned my 2008 GL450 the service department personnel have done an outstanding job of taking care of me and my vehicle. There have been one or two exceptions during my ten-year history with Jackie Cooper's MB service department, but overall I would rate them excellent in service and support. I've notice that few of the original service representatives are still there. I see many new faces in the MB service department and at times their knowledge is slightly lacking. I suppose this could be chalked up to being new to Jackie Cooper and its high standards. This last time I requested service on my vehicle, Mike Kayser took my car in. He fulfilled my original request for service and via text message notified me of some other items that needed attention. This was new to me -- I've never received a text with items that needed to be serviced, I always have received phone calls. But that's OK! When I asked Mike about it, he explained fully and was most helpful. I picked up my vehicle on a Saturday and John Taylor checked it out to me. John Taylor is one of the original service reps and I cannot say enough about how respectful, helpful, and willing to listen John has always been. He gives super great attention to me ALWAYS!! I love JC's service reps in general and look forward to many more years of working with them! More

First rate experience from start to finish I called these guys at 4pm on a Saturday, wondering if the cheapest car on the lot, a Ford Expedition, was still available. They encouraged me to come I called these guys at 4pm on a Saturday, wondering if the cheapest car on the lot, a Ford Expedition, was still available. They encouraged me to come in despite the late hour, as they closed at 6. We showed up a little later, and our salesman, Doc, met us outside, with the car pulled up and cooling off in the 95 degree heat. The whole process was smooth and easy. We weren't treated any differently than if we were buying the most expensive car on the lot. HIGHLY recommend these guys. More
