We were very pleased with our experience. Mushtaq was professional and friendly. He was wonderful to work with from initial contact until we drove our car away. He was very nice but when it came time to pitch the additional warranty it was the same song and dance as every other finance person. He pushed the highest priced extended warranty (never offered the lower options even though there were three) and when we said we wanted it added to the end of our existing warranty (which is what our salesman instructed us to do), he said it was not possible therefore we basically got a 32,000 mile warranty for a 60,000 mile price). He also pitched a wheel/tire warranty which we did not want but he continued to push it until we got tired and accepted. I will say, after leaving a similar review on another site, the GM and finance director both reached out. However, since I knew they were not going to remove the warranties and amend the contract, I did not feel the need to discuss the matter further. But, I commend them for actually reading the reviews and making an attempt to discuss their customer's concerns. I would still buy from and recommend Jackie Cooper to others. More

I really not recommend this dealership. First, no one smile or greeting when I get in the show room. Last year I leased EQS580 and I got Sprinter 2500 three weeks ago. And I sold 2018 GLE550e at this dealership. But they take too long to clean out my title. And it was really hard to reach my salesman Jason, to correct the name of the Check for my GLE 550e. When he sell the car, his respond much faster than Flashman, but when I ask to service, he keep ignore me all the times. My first Salesman, Mario was also, ignored me several times last year after I purchased a EQS580. The worst one was a financing department. I always get a best rate from MB Finance. But the lady who worked at that time, she offered me 9.9% with Bank One instead of MB Finance. I complaint the interest rate, then she gave me 6.19 with MB Finance. She must get a best rate to the customer. I was very disappointed at that time. I almost give up to purchased a car but I really needed that car to convert to RV for my golf trip. More
