GLK Service I had new tires put on my GLK, the dealer did not inform me they could not align the wheels until after the tires were installed, I called Jackie Coop I had new tires put on my GLK, the dealer did not inform me they could not align the wheels until after the tires were installed, I called Jackie Cooper Imports, I informed them my Mother has terminal cancer and needed to return to her home asap, they got my car in and back to me within 2 hours. Great Customer Service I purchased a 2013 JX35 from Kendall Taylor in Jan. of this year. It was truly an enjoyable experience and I haven't spoken to him since the first co I purchased a 2013 JX35 from Kendall Taylor in Jan. of this year. It was truly an enjoyable experience and I haven't spoken to him since the first couple weeks after getting the car. Last week my car started making a loud noise as the tires revolved so I called the service department. Although they were really helpful and made an appt. for me, a loaner was available until a week from the date I called. Because I didn't feel safe in the car, I emailed Kendall and asked if there was any way he could help me. I teach and therefore have a short window of time that I can take phone calls...I had told Kendall what time my planning period was and asked him to call me. He called ten minutes after my planning had started and told me he was able to get me a car. He told me to bring the car to the dealership after school and he would get me the loaner. When I pulled into the service garage a few hours later, Kendall was there waiting for me. Truly, Kendall sets the bar for customer service. I highly recommend Kendall at Jackie Cooper Imports and the service team as well! More

Used Jackie Cooper Nissan for service on my Nissan 350z. Excellent customer service and work quality. Work was done in very timely manner and I wouldn't trust any other dealership to work on my 'baby.' Ver Excellent customer service and work quality. I called Jackie Cooper and told them I had 2002 M230 that had a recall on the powder steering. I informed them that I had own the car for 2 years and didn't know what service had been completed on the car. I had a recall on the powder steering. I informed them that I had own the car for 2 years and didn't know what service had been completed on the car. I also told them I lived 140 miles from the dealership. He explained what was covered and not covered by the recall. They agreed with my son delivering and picking up the auto and me handling the bill by phone. The called me the day it was to be worked on about 10:30 told me they had found a couple things that needed fixing and couple of more that needed to be watched. Total cost about $350. I had told my wife before hand if it was less than $1000 I was not going to complain. They called me back about 3:30 and said the work was completed. I ask if they wait a couple of days for my son to pick it up and they said it would be fine. My son told me they were very nice when he picked the auto up. More

I can not elaborate enough on the need to stay away from this dealer. I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Volvo from them, only to have a wealth of problems, eventaully leading to a engine failure under 40k mile this dealer. I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Volvo from them, only to have a wealth of problems, eventaully leading to a engine failure under 40k miles. Oddly enough, the engine failed only days after getting the car back from yet another warranty serivce. Fishy huh? They hassled me left and right about how the engine failure is MY fault. How could that be. I just drive the car. IT'S under warranty! This is only a small portion of the huge mess I got into with these crooks. That's what I get for not doing my dealer research I guess. Just please, go elsewhere. Bill Knight Volvo is just down the road. They are very nice people and even fixed some of the mistakes made by Jackie Cooper on my Volvo. More
