Matt my salesman has been great, but I have not been impressed with the Service Department thus far. I purchased a Used Certified 2018 Nissan Rogue on Friday evening. I was told that the vehicle had go impressed with the Service Department thus far. I purchased a Used Certified 2018 Nissan Rogue on Friday evening. I was told that the vehicle had gone thru a 150+ point inspection to qualify for the Certified Status. While driving it the next morning a noticed a chip in the windshield. It was taken back to the service department for someone to fix the chip in the windshield. It was not a very good repair and still looks bad. I told Matt that I would like for them to replace the windshield if that was the best they could do on the repair. They had installed a new battery but there was corrosion around both terminals. The service department did clean the terminals. There is a rattle noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. Someone checked it out but did not solve the problem so I am waiting on an Appointment to take it in for them to find and fix the rattle. Today I decided to check both the engine air filter and the cabin air filter. They were both extremely dirty, and I wonder why that was not discovered in the 150+ point inspection. So far I have not been impressed with the results. Maybe things will get better with fixing the windshield and the rattle in the back. I hope so since I was told the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected. More
