Jackie Cooper is the best. Have bought our last five vehicles there. Joe Simmons (sales) and Kip Karn (general manager) are the best one-two punch in Tulsa. Always fair and responsive. This was one of the best experiences with car buying I've had, staff was great and friendly and the whole process was wonderful and expeditious. I was on my way back home to Northwest Arkansas in 90 min. The had, staff was great and friendly and the whole process was wonderful and expeditious. Experience overall was good. I didn't get a full tank of gas when I left though. I was told i would get one but when getting in the new vehicle to leave, the tank was almost empty. The salesman did offer to gas when I left though. I was told i would get one but when getting in the new vehicle to leave, the tank was almost empty. The salesman did offer to fill it up then but i was tired of being there after 3 hours i was just ready to get home. It should have already been done and ready for me.
