I would like to recommend Jimbol Jardin as an incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely kind and a stellar Service Advisor who does what he says he’s going to do! I arrived at the service department for an appointment with several codes on my Acura MDX. Jimbol expertly explained the meanings to me and assured me they would be corrected that day. He researched several accommodations toward our bill and was able to get them approved . It is rare to experience someone going the extra mile to provide the level of service Jimbol extended to me .
