I expect that any Acura dealer must meet certain quality and service standards so from that standpoint, Jackson provides what I expect. Service reps are professional and friendly. The service waiting area is immaculate and the lighting is good. I wish they would turn off Fox News in the waiting area in favor of something neutral but there are other areas to sit away from the television. I would give five stars if they'd quit trying to up-sell service I don't need but they don't pressure me when I say no. I've met a number of reps (don't recall all the names and people come and go, and since I'm there for routine maintenance it doesn't matter to me) and they all deliver the same level of customer service.
