I've never had a bad experience at Jacksonville Kia. Everyone on the phone is always very friendly, informative and able to answer any questions. Kenny always goes over what is being done with my vehicl Everyone on the phone is always very friendly, informative and able to answer any questions. Kenny always goes over what is being done with my vehicle and at pick up goes over everything again and always asks if I have questions. Cody in parts was also extremely helpful when I called to inquire about getting new tires as well as taking the extra step to let service know I needed to make an appointment and what for and that they already had what I needed and relayed my info to them and they gave me a call in less than 5 minutes to get it scheduled. Will never take my telluride anywhere else to have service done. More
