They were lifesavers! We were on our vacation and had a problem in a nearby town and were referred to this dealership from Auto Zone in Cleveland. Friendly I was pleased to find a dealership with country hospitality and hopefully this will be a good working relationship for years to come. I gave them on I was pleased to find a dealership with country hospitality and hopefully this will be a good working relationship for years to come. I gave them only four stars because of the manufacturer service bulletin for correcting the condensation within the right side headlight cover has yet to work. ( they replaced or open the vents on the backside of the headlight as directed by the bulletin) but so far it only vented my wallet of money. I’m hoping Jacky Jones will refund me the cost.....and go after the manufacture on my behalf. But Mackenzie hasn’t followed up with me, as she said she would after seeing the repair didn’t work with her own eyes. More

Tailgate Latching Mechanism Recall Took the vehicle in for a recall and Mackenzie noticed I had a dent and some scratches from when the tailgate unexpectedly fell open one evening and c Took the vehicle in for a recall and Mackenzie noticed I had a dent and some scratches from when the tailgate unexpectedly fell open one evening and crashed against my garage door. I didn't think to ask if they would fix the damage so I was pleasantly surprised when she brought it up. She took ownership of the issue, coordinated the recall and body work with their shop and kept me in a loop the entire time. She has a great attitude and has always provided exceptional customer service. More
