Nice staff, work not completed, pricey We own a Chrysler and 2 Jeeps. Having been disappointed with Hayes Oakwood, we decided to try your dealership. Our appointment for 1 pm on Wed. was m We own a Chrysler and 2 Jeeps. Having been disappointed with Hayes Oakwood, we decided to try your dealership. Our appointment for 1 pm on Wed. was made the week before. We arrived at 1 for a Jeep recall item and asked also to investigate a faulty check engine light/low oil warning. We were told this would take until 4pm. We arrived at 4:30 and the only thing done was a minor reprogramming to fix the factory recall on the cruise control. The quote we got on the faulty oil warning switch was about 250.$ and we would have to bring it back again the next day and leave it (45 minutes round trip with 2 cars) The staff was courteous and very nice, but their hands were tied to your 97.50/hour labor and apparent overload of work. We found a local mechanic that will do it for 180$. Thanks for doing the 18 point inspection and recall work., however. More
