Excellent Service + Positive Attitudes I was traveling for work to Dahlonega, GA, and my Jeep began making a concerning noise. I looked up Jacky Jones as the closest dealership and made I was traveling for work to Dahlonega, GA, and my Jeep began making a concerning noise. I looked up Jacky Jones as the closest dealership and made my way there, hoping they could work me in. I was greeted at my vehicle before I even had the Jeep in park. Anxious about what could be wrong, as well as how much it might cost, what kind of inconvenience it might be since I was 4 hours from home, how long I might have to wait, etc., the staff immediately gave me comfort that they would work me in quickly and that they would take care of my problem. I took my computer and was able to work using the dealership wifi in a nice waiting area. They quickly assessed the issue, corrected the problem (which was apparently very minor) and sent me on my way, free of charge. If you are in the Dahlonega/Cleveland area, this dealership is where it's at. I work in the hospitality industry, and these folks not only do good work, they do it with a smile.
