I visited this store today and was blown away with how incredibly rude the saleswoman was. I couldn’t get her to demonstrate how the 3rd row works on a brand new outlander. Then I wanted to look at the used cars and she said “oh yeah if you need something bigger there may be a kia something over there with 3 rows, let me go put these keys back incase someone comes to look at this car. The gentleman that I was originally talking to brought her out after I asked to look at a car. I believe her name was Janet, she was not new according to the new guy she was a “pro”. She didnt even offer me a card. I guess she’s doing so well at your store selling to other people that she didnt need my commission. She never came back outside, never offered me a business card. Went to a different dealership that was able to show me cars. More
