First Lease Great customer service from your team. Started working with Gary on Saturday afternoon and I could not stay to test drive a car. He brought Louis in Great customer service from your team. Started working with Gary on Saturday afternoon and I could not stay to test drive a car. He brought Louis in to help me. Louis worked with Sarkis to put a deal together for a lease for me on Sunday. The deal was fair and allowed me to affordably lease a car. Sarkis "warned" me that the last day of the month would be over 3 hours and he was right it took 4 hours. He sat with me several times to let me know where I was in line for service. Once I saw Eric he took care of my lease documents and reviewed all my options carefully. It was a long time waiting from 5 to 9PM. I would recommend setting up appointments for documents after 5PM so people don't have to wait so long on the last week of the month. I could have run errands and returned at 8:30PM. My only disappointment with Jaffarian is that on Saturday I had my 2004 Volvo serviced including fixing my air conditioner and an oil change. The AC was not fixed properly Saturday and when I asked on Monday if I could get something back for "spending" money on a car I traded the next day I never heard anything back. Now I would have been happy with a "gift certificate to detail" my new car in the future. I spent a lot of money servicing my Volvo over the last 10 years; Jaffarian probably serviced my car over the last 6 years; the expensive years. This was disappointing that I did not get a call back nor was I reimbursed for services that did not work as my AC did not operate at all on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday which were extremely hot days until I picked up my new Toyota Tuesday. Wednesday Louis called to see if I liked my car and air conditioner; he also personally offered to wash my car for me because it was "dusty" from construction. He was an excellent sales and customer satisfaction person, great service, he was very pleasant to work with and he reviewed all the features in my new car patiently. I am very pleased with my overall experience as a first time lease customer, first time toyota owner and first time buying a car from Jaffarian. Thank you the great experience. More
