Finally...After going through "THREE" Dealerships!!!!! I have been a toyota driver for the past twenty years. I have not had really good luck with any of them.....from Boston to New Hampshire (no names men I have been a toyota driver for the past twenty years. Either the Salespeople were taking me for a dope or the Service departments not having truly experienced people working on my vehicles. Needless to say, I was very leary of purchasing another Toyota from a Dealership. I decided to give Jaffarian Toyota a shot. I went to their dealership in Haverhill, met with a few salespeople, sat around and listened to customers and salespeople and how they interacted. I was impressed with what I saw and heard! I also have read many good reviews about Jaffarian Toyota, being around for 75 years gave me a little more confidence about dealing with a dealership that has been around for that long. I watched as the senior staff helped out the newbie sales people and saw the respect given to customers. I was introduced to Xavier Casiano who helped me above and beyond my expectations. He did everything in his power to get me the exact vehicle I wanted along with the exact options I specified. I was exceptionally happy in the way Xavier treated me and did whatever he could to make my buying experience top notch! I would definitely recommend Jaffarian and Xavier to anyone who is skittish about dealing with dealership salespeople and the whole buying process! Xavier is THE MAN!!!!!!!! More

My main contact person, Gary, went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. He was always available whenever I needed to reach him and even provided me with his cell phone # so I could reach him even if he wasn't in the office. I was working with another dealership after my first visit to Jaffarian because I wasn't 100% sure which kind of SUV I wanted, but after the experience I had there, I went right back to Jaffarian and never looked back. After my lease is up in 2 years, I will definately be right back in touch with Gary ready to get my next vehicle. More
