My wife and I test drove a Prius and a Prius V in order to determine which vehicle ( if either) we may be interested in purchasing. Mike Kemp, without as much as asking for our drivers licences, took us ou to determine which vehicle ( if either) we may be interested in purchasing. In the two weeks it took for my wife to conclude that she wanted the Prius, we got one e-mail from Mike thanking us for coming in. There was absolutely no presure to buy or to even come to a quick decision. Rob Marcoux examined the Rav4 we were thinking of trading in, and treated us with the same respect and professionalism as did Mike. When we decided on the Prius two weeks later, we offered the price that we felt was fair. We dealt with Mike and Sarkis Shamshoyan. We negotiated a deal a few hundred dollars more than our initial offer in a calm and friendly give and take, both parties explaning their rational. We were treated profeesionally throughout the process, even after the paper was signed and the deal completed. We were introduced to the servive manager, toured the facility, etc. We are confident that if problems arrise, and to this point there have been none, that we will be treated with the same care and professionism that we encounted in the purchase process. Consequently, we could not be more pleased, and for the reasons stated above, absolutely recommend Jaffarian. More

Louis was very helpful in my last lease which was in 2009. Since then we have been in contact and he is always helpful,kind, and willing to go above and beyond to make things easier on me. I work in a professional setting with rotating schedules so Louis worked well with trying to set me up with locating new vehicles and setting up a common time to meet. His customer service skills are excellent and he is always willing to go above and beyond for the customer. Even when I come in for service he always touches base with me to make sure things are appropriately taken care of and my needs are met. I have been contacted by several other members of Toyota via phone,email and such to terminate my lease early and no one was respectful as Louis was. I explained to the other callers that I would call when I was ready- I also emailed Louis ahead of time to arrange for planning. This is what sets him apart from the others- being respectful to customers and understanding that having it having a car for one day (due to service issues) is unacceptable when you are relied upon in a healthcare setting. I give him kudos and I also have always spoken to Gary when I have been in and it's a great customer service skill to show the face to face communication. I will report upon recently coming back to the dealership for an issue with a tube falling underneath my rear back wheel in a 2 week old car that there was a man on the sales floor who was extremely rude,disrespectful, and blatantly unprofessional. I do not know his name but his remark towards myself with my mother standing next to me was quite utterly inappropriate. I believe it had to do with sexuality and I am very disappointed in the fact that a dealership like this would tolerate a behavior like that. That is awful service. ******this has nothing to do with Louis or the general manger*****I intend on speaking to Gary myself when I see him. More
