We have purchased other vehicles at Jaffarian and they were are first choice when we decided to purchase a new vehicle. We had intended to 'look only' but the personnel were so easy to work with we decide were are first choice when we decided to purchase a new vehicle. I live in Malden MA not close to dealership at all and was refered to it by a friend. I absolutely would return and refer others to make the trip for a vehicle.... A week or so ago, I was in the showroom looking at new vehicles and speaking with a sales person and suddenly, Mr. Jaffarian was in his office lifting and dropping his desk and yelling obscenities at a co vehicles and speaking with a sales person and suddenly, Mr. Jaffarian was in his office lifting and dropping his desk and yelling obscenities at a couple of his employees. I was apalled with his behavior. When I returned to the dealership this week to gather more information on the vehicle I was considering, AGAIN, Mr. Jaffarian was in the showroom area shouting at an employee.
