I was so impressed with how quickly on a Friday afternoon they got my new car registered. When I picked it up Saturday I asked what to do with the old plates and they cancelled the old registration and took care of the old plates for me. All is fine except I have to bring my car back Everything went well in the leasing transaction- however - the tire monitor light went on 5 minutes after I left the lot (yesterday). I checked the tires with a gage - overinflated - I let out 5 lbs of air per tire but the light remains on and now I have to bring it back - oyyyyyyy. Service people not too empathetic - I don't need a pity party but it is a pain!!!! More

We went to the dealership t Excellent car buying experience! We were shopping for a 2014 Camry and found one on line at Jaffarian Toyota in Haverhill. We went to the dealership to look at the car and were assigned Brian St. Louis of the sales staff to assist us. Brian was personable, professional and a joy to work with. He showed us the car in which we were interested, we test drove it and accepted it for purchase. It turned out that the car was a dealer rental and that Toyota still held the title so there was a delay until the car title arrived. The dealership General Manager, Mike Benoit, in view of this situation, gave us a free rental car until our car was available for purchase. Brian kept us up to date on the arrival of the title and once it had arrived we went to the dealership and paid for our car - Brian had it titled, tagged and ready for us. Great experience and response of the dealership to an unusual situation. We will have our car serviced at this dealership./ More
