dishonest. Traded a car in on a new car lease. Dealership tried to get me to put in claim on my insurance for small crack in windshield AFTER all paperwork had Traded a car in on a new car lease. Dealership tried to get me to put in claim on my insurance for small crack in windshield AFTER all paperwork had been signed and trade in had a thorough inspection by dealership. I put in claim and was told by insurance there was no deductible and it would be taken care of. I was called by dealership 3 days after picking up new car and told there is a$500 deductible and they would save ME money and do the repair at their facility. I told them the problem was theirs to resolve and I wasn't paying anything. I immediately called my insurance company and they assured me that there is NO deductible on glass. I have dealt with my insurance for 30 years and they have been nothing but honest and quick to resolve claims. More
