"Purchase of my 2015 Corolla: This was my first new car purchase. The dealership is in a good location right near the highway so it is very easy to get to. I cannot say enough about him. What a great salesman. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car I wanted to purchase and worked out a very good price with his manager. Purchase of my 2015 Rav4 I am very very pleased with my new purchase of my Toyota RAV4! I worked with Richard Johnson in the sales department and could not have asked for a better person to help me buy my car! He was very friendly and personable which made the car buying process stress free! My sister even bought a car from him the same day! He worked with me to achieve the perfect price for my car, and anytime I had a question he was able to get me an answer right away. I didn't feel pressured or like I was being ripped off while working with him. He told me everything as it was which is rare to find in a car salesman. Richard is an excellent asset to the Jaffarian Toyota team and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle! He clearly explained the benefits and each model and wisely suggested that the Prius C would be the best vehicle for me. He then helped me select a good payment plan and even drove the proof of purchase to my house after the transaction was approved. I would definitely recommend Jaffarian to others, and urge them to work with Jon if possible. More

Our main issue was the finance department and the GM with our lease contract and lease payment we had to make the phone calls in some way we felt like we had to do their job Mr,Benoit kept telling us not to worry that they would take care of us at the end we ended up taking care of it our selfs. After almost 3 months and numerous trips to Jaffarian to drop of checks to them for our lease that they were soppose to take care of according to the GM and they never did Jaffarian ended up give us back a check for the 2 months we were behind because nobody ever took care of it. Like Mr,Mike Benoit said they would.all he had to say was that he apologize and he was sorry. More

Time consuming It took me almost 10 hrs to buy this truck! The salesgirl was personable, but had no clue on how to negociate. The sales manager is a pompas xxx, sorr It took me almost 10 hrs to buy this truck! The salesgirl was personable, but had no clue on how to negociate. The sales manager is a pompas xxx, sorry. They had no clue on NH registration procedure; there is no need to have sales person go to NH for registration when the buyer has a state of NH 20 day plate. That cost me money on my new registration plus the $10. I spent on 20 plate They gave me 2 keys and 1 of them was wrong, but ordered new key which took an hour to program. Way to many people dealt with the sale, and nobody knew what was going on. The only one who acted intelligible was the finance manager and I need to call him, on some things he promised, but have nothing in writing. Thanks More
