I always leave feeling satisfied and well I've been doing business with this company since 2009. This is my 3rd purchase from Jaffarian Volvo Toyota. I always leave feeling satisfied and well accommodated. All questions and requests answered well and fulfilled to the best of their ability. Josh was courteous, friendly, very approachable and attentive. Even after the sale was finalized, he was still on deck answering my questions and making sure everything needed is in order. It was really a pleasant and comfortable over-all experience. Even my wife agrees! More

Straight Forward Dealership I have been buying Toyota and Honda autos from more local dealers for years, but after a car buying service connected me with Jaffarian, I made the sl I have been buying Toyota and Honda autos from more local dealers for years, but after a car buying service connected me with Jaffarian, I made the slightly longer drive from Boston up to this dealership. Though they still employ the sales/pricing manager/business manager model, it is done with much more transparency than other dealerships. I also found their pricing was significantly less, perhaps because of their lesser overhead or willingness to work a bit harder for a bit less. I am a business person with limited time, and I did not want to haggle (but I did price check with two other dealers). I just wanted an honest, straight, lowest cost deal (presented the first time) with none of the "torture" that is so common to the industry. I think Jaffarian excelled at all of this, and their customer service was also first rate. Overall a classy act, the management/owners having grown the business the right way. More
