He was knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic. When I picked up my car he spent as much time as I needed to get me aquainted with my new car. He even synced my Bluetooth for me. He was great. He even called me last week asking me how I liked my new car, I would recommend him to anyone I know looking for a new car. Great salesman! More

My wife first spoke with Jenna, the Internet Sales Manager, who was very friendly and professional on the phone and made us feel more at ease about coming to Jaffarian. When we arrived at Jaffarain, Jenna introduced us to Alex Then, a courteous Sales Consultant who provided us with excellent customer service by listening to our concerns, as well as providing us with a no pressure atmosphere. We were interested in a specific color and options on a Prius V and Alex worked with us in locating the exact vehicle we were looking for. When I was concerned about the delivery of the Prius from another dealer, Sarkis, a Sales Manager sat down with me and assured me that the car would be in pristine condition or we would not have to purchase the vehicle. I really appreciated the fact that Sarkis took the time to speak with me and even followed up with a phone call to let me know that the Prius had arrived in pristine condition and he was right - the Prius looked beautiful. We also received excellent customer service from Eric, the Business Manager who also took the time to fully explain our financing and extended warranty options, with no pressure. Our Sales Consultant Alex was very knowledgeable and took the time to fully explain all the Prius V's features as well as show me how everything functioned, including answering any questions I had. Just before we took delivery of our car, I met briefly with Jim, a Sales Manager, who asked me if I had any questions and wanted to make sure we had an excellent customer service experience. Once again, I was impressed with the exceptional level of customer service at Jaffarian Volvo Toyota. I love my new Toyota Corolla Sport!! I had not purchased a new car in over 20 years. I was very excited to go car shopping. I have several friends that recently purchased and or leased at new car at the Jaffarian Dealership. My Mercury Mountaineer had broken down on me and it honestly was not worth fixing. I was ready to go car shopping. I decided to go to Jaffarian. When I went in my first impression was WOW - The Jaffarian Volvo Toyota Dealership is a beautiful dealership. I was introduced to Alex Then. He is a great Salesman. Alex is very knowledgeable on all the cars at Jaffarian. He asked me several questions on what I was looking for and what my must haves are in a car. I honestly wasn't sure if I wanted a SUV or transition in to a car. Alex proceeded to work with me showing me makes and models of a few different SUVs and cars. When Alex showed me the 2014 Black Pearl Toyota Sport I was sold. The car is Sporty and Sleek and I love it! The day I purchased the car, Alex went over all the "Bells and Whistles" with the new car. Explaining & demonstrating all the amazing features in the car. He then introduced me to the gentlemen in the Service Center and scheduled my first oil change appointment for me. Mechanic looked at the car, and had nothing but good things to say. Satisfied 120% of the service and the attention from Xavier. Even after the sale. Would recommend and will buy again, I dont know that 2014 Volvo XC60 looked really good. ;-) More
