When we drove into the parking lot we were greated out My husband and I stopped into Jaffarian Toyota by a recommendation from Rick Titus's Uncle.. When we drove into the parking lot we were greated outside by Rick. We were admiring a new sport Toyota. Never, ever thinking we were going to drive away with it. Rick informed us all about the car, (but what was important to us) never pressured us. He was a delight to talk to and always soooo pleasant and knowledgeable!! We are not one to jump to buy anything but we had the most confident feeling with Rick. He made sure we were happy and satisfied right to the end! Rick is such a go-getter and is a BIG asset to the dealership! We were very impressed with the help we received from Jim, Jon an Sarkis explaining financing and procedures. Everything was done patiently and extremely effectively!! Wow, what a team.......... What surprised us at the end was Gary Jaffarian coming over, introducing himself, and congratulating us on our purchase. Defintely, we will spread the word to our friends how pleased we were with Jaffarian Toyota Volvo! More
