I am now convinced to "Save the BEST for last"!! I was going stir crazy trying to find the perfect vehicle, and great customer service. I was having no luck until I came to Jaffarian. I j last"!! I just about given up, until I happen to just "drive by" and noticed Jaffarian in Haverhill. So I went in. I was immediatly approached by Glenn Charette. He was very friendly, kind, and had AMAZING customer service. Not only did he show me vehicles, but he also took the time to show me how they worked. We hit it off, and I knew I was leaving there with a car! And so I did...2010 Toyota Venza...FULLY LOADED!!! Then came the negotiating. I was approached by Robert Marcoux. Another Amazing employee with great customer service and a funny sense of humor. After going back and forth on prices, I finally made up my mind. He was very patient with me and also worked with me. Finally, Deal was done and that car was MINE!!! Next came the financing. I was approached by Jonathan Kent. Once again, another AMAZING employee whom also was very educated in finance. He talked me through everything and answered all the questions that I had! Wonderful customer service!!! Overall, my experiance was A++ The only downfall now is that my husband is jealouse of my vehicle. ;-) However, Glenn and Robert are now working and treating him with the same respect they had shown me.
