my experience with JVT The service employees are gracious and I like the personal touch with the mechanic giving you a video tour of the service. Service still takes too long in comparison to other providers and is on the expensive side. I only bring in for major mileage services when the Prius expertise is important. I was only in for service so question a being left alone is not relevant. More
