Checked out You-Tube and there seems to be a history of radio problems with Tacoma's .Spent $100 + (I know you can't work for nothing) but think I'll go after market with new cables and maybe radio ! The technician evaluated and stated o need a new front pipe on exhaust, and a piece in muffler that rattles at certain rpm. Total cost 480.00. Second opinion at Hogan tire, who replaced exhaust in 2015. A 19.00 gasket was replaced to solve leak, and muffler had nothing inside to rattle. Second noise never solved. More

"Pleasant Experience" We went to Jaffarian Toyota Accessories and Parts department and Service Department today and it was a very pleasant experience. We purchased a car We went to Jaffarian Toyota Accessories and Parts department and Service Department today and it was a very pleasant experience. We purchased a cargo mat and ordered door protectors for the Toyota RAV 4 we recently purchased and drove home on May 26. Nate, the person we dealt with in the Accessories and Parts department, was very accommodating, helpful and professional in obtaining the EXACT products we needed for our vehicle. We also asked if we could make an extra key, just a regular key without the chip, to open the vehicle door in the event we should ever mistakenly lock ourselves out. Nate said that it was not only possible, but he CAN DO IT! GREAT, we did not have to go out of our way to a locksmith or order one! This is exactly the type of response we love to hear! GREAT JOB! We asked Amy Menec in the Service Department a couple of module programming questions that I was not certain of implementing. Amy not only explained how to program the specific module, but, went the extra mile by coming out to our vehicle and actually guiding me through the process! ABOVE AND BEYOND! We had a bolt/screw in one of our front tires and Chris Blanco promptly took care of it. He fixed, spin balanced and remounted it. PROFESSIONAL! We were very impressed that we did not have to remind him of the spin balancing as we have had to do in the past with other resources. I also asked Michael Ackroyd for a copy of the Car fax which I forgot to get. He said NO PROBLEM. Which we love to hear! He promptly printed one out for us. So much to remember when purchasing a vehicle after so many years. We felt as though we were treated and valued as important customers not only during the vehicle sale, but also afterward. Based on our over all experience with purchasing our Toyota RAV4, the brief experience with the Accessories and Parts Department, Service Department, Sales Department and personnel interaction, I would definitely recommend this dealership and continue to do business here. More
