Worst experience with an automotive service group I have every had. They did not follow any Volvo procedures to diagnose and repair my car. 3rd time bringing my car in for related repair in 12 month perio every had. They did not follow any Volvo procedures to diagnose and repair my car. 3rd time bringing my car in for related repair in 12 month period of time. By the time they replaced the needed parts it was 1000 miles out of warranty and wanted me to pay. Car is a 2019 model. They changed the needed parts but not sure they uncovered what was really wrong with the car. I will never go to that location again. Do yourself a favor and go to Boston or Danvers or Nashua for Volvo Cars, Parts or Service. More

Bought a used Volvo. My salesman was great. Finance was a different story. Added almost $13,000 worth of warranties and kept telling me it was part of the volvo 10 year My salesman was great. Once they removed all the added hidden warranties, finance was extremely passive aggressive and rude. Finance was also rude when we called and asked for the warranty paperwork that was not given to us when we purchased the car. Also delivered car with less than half a tank (was promised a full tank). We will never do business with them again. Word to the wise make sure you look over your final paperwork before you sign on the dotted line! Shady! More

I was immediately impressed when I arrived for a scheduled appointment and found the car I had called about sitting at the entrance of the dealership all washed and ready to go. When I approached the vehicle, Tim came out to greet me immediately, made me feel welcome, and I test drove the car after he went inside briefly to make a copy of my license. Throughout the ensuing process he was clear and enthusiastic and showed an amazing knowledge of Volvos, how they had changed from year to year, and how all the many features worked. The price/trade negotiuation was pleasant, fast and fair. I felt I had received a good price for my old car and a good price on the new one. When I picked up the car a few days later, he made sure all my questions on operating the car were answered. I recommend most highly dealing with Tim at Jaffarian if you are interested in a new or used Volvo. More
