The Jaffarian family has been part of the Merrimack Valley community for generations with our grandparents starting a 'filling' station over 75 years ago in Haverhill. Years later, we are still family-owned with both 3rd and 4th generations actively involved in the day to day operations at Jaffarian Volvo.

Tim page was professional yet very down to earth, and I appreciated his low pressure approach. Tim made sure that my vehicle was ready before most businesses closed down due to covid-19, and he provided timely updates about the status of my vehicle. It was a stressful time for me as my car had just been totaled, but Tim made the process efficient and easy. I also worked with Tom in the finance department and he offered great advice and warranty options, plus I was very happy with my low interest rate.
