Years later, we are still family-owned with both 3rd and 4th generations actively involved in the day to day operations at Jaffarian Volvo.

They take care of eveything--including the technology which is incredible. The car does everything. And the credit mgr. was so efficient. Run, do not walk away from this dealership. I am not going to list all of the problems that we had buying our used Volvo. The reason is because it would take to long. I left the dealership with my $22k Volvo with a reject inspection sticker in the glove box and nothing on the windshield. Why because I refused to wait anymore. They had a week to get the car ready for pickup. And that is what I was presented with at my scheduled pick up time. Its a shame. I love the car, but hate the way they operate. NO EXCUSE. The salesman Tim was the only bright spot. Nice guy. From then on it was a joke. More
