I brought my XC 40 in for 30,000 miles service. The customer service was great! I think the thing that disappointed me and left me kind of questioning things was that a week after I had it serviced The customer service was great! The staff was very nice. However I presented coupons for my service which included $40 off and a free wash & vacuum. Upon pick up, the coupon had not been applied so I asked them to do so which they did for $40 off. When I asked for verification the oil change was done as part of the 50k mile service I was told “yes, that’s basically all it is.” Hmm. So I spent almost $200 and left my car there all day for an oil change? This was my first time visiting for service and I will not be back. Sullivan Tires is much more convenient, way less expensive, always honor coupons without asking multiple times, and they do a great job. More
