Brought the car in, which I recently bought here, because the door locks weren't working. Was told a software upgrade was installed to fix the problem. I went to drive to the car home and the locking problem the door locks weren't working. Was told a software upgrade was installed to fix the problem. I went to drive to the car home and the locking problem was still there. Asked a technician to come see the car with me. He diagnosed the problem as a bad switch on the driver's side in less than 2 minutes. Service ordered the part and I had to come back the next day for installation. Why wasn't the problem diagnosed correctly the first time? More

Always very nice people. I was given a thirty minute estimate wait time for my service on the phone, then an hour when I arrived.
