I am not satisfied with my experience at all. From the beginning, my husband and I attempted to schedule multiple appointments, but each time the appointment date arrived, no courtesy vehicle was From the beginning, my husband and I attempted to schedule multiple appointments, but each time the appointment date arrived, no courtesy vehicle was available and no one contacted us to inform us of the issue. We ultimately agreed to bring the vehicle in ourselves for service. During that visit, we were informed that the car needed new tires and brake pads. My husband stated he would call back within 30 minutes to confirm how we wanted to proceed. When he called back at 5:30 p.m., there was no answer. We then drove to Akron to pick up the vehicle, only to find that the dealership had closed two hours early and the only person present was a cleaning staff member. There was also a sign indicating the dealership would be closed for the next two days. At no point were we notified that the dealership would be closing early or that our vehicle would be kept while the business was closed. As a result, I had to rent a car over the holidays in order to get around. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely disappointing. I ultimately took my vehicle to a different dealership, where the necessary work was completed in one day at nearly half the cost of your original quote. Based on this experience, you have lost my business, and I am very dissatisfied with the service provided. More
