Received call that the vehicle was complete and ready for pickup. Drove 1 1/2 hours one way to pickup. The rear shocks were not calibrated correctly and it was still sitting on the tires. Left vehicle, drove pickup. Drove 1 1/2 hours one way to pickup. The rear shocks were not calibrated correctly and it was still sitting on the tires. Left vehicle, drove 1 1/2 hour back home. Service manager called me the following day and said the calibration didn't take and they had to do it again. Your jaguar salesman Antonio was able to spot the back end sitting 2' lower than the front. Why didn't the service notice this before calling and I drove 3 hours. 3 days later I had to make the exact same trip again. No sorry for the troubles, no reimbursement for the wasted gas or time. More

My last visit to this dealer was for a very minor service issue. I didn’t have an appointment but they took me right away. They resolved the issue in less time than it took for me to finish my coffee - and issue. I didn’t have an appointment but they took me right away.
