Everyone at JLR Akron was so kind and welcoming. It was my first visit to the dealership. I came to have an oil change on customer appreciation day and I actually won the raffle basket. Shannon was It was my first visit to the dealership. I came to have an oil change on customer appreciation day and I actually won the raffle basket. Shannon was great, she sat with me for a few minutes and arranged my winnings to be sent to my home so I didn't have to drive the hour back to the dealership. I had the option to choose Wexford Land Rover as it is the same distance for me and I am so happy I picked Akron and will definitely be back for service and maybe even a newer model when it is time! Took my jaguar in to have some issues figured out. They did a complete inspection and determined nothing was wrong and washed it. They don't own their mistakes. They did something to my a/c when they fixed camshaft issue. A/C worked perfectly until I picked up my car. They decided to call warranty co to get a ball park on cost even after I told them that will cause a pre existing issue. We'll, after the 1000 miles were put on the car , the warranty co won't cover it. They shouldn't. Jaguar of Akron should, they broke it. More
