This is my third Jag from this dealership, and I'm sure it won't be the last. My Jaguar XKs have been a pleasure to drive, and once you own one, it's hard to think about switching. I bought a used Jaguar on Nov 14,2013 and my sales guy Leonard Johnson was ok. They sent the paper work to my bank and if my bank officer had not caught the error I would had paid a $1000.00 more than the Leonard Johnson was ok. I called and ask them what the extra was and he said it was fees, I ask what fees and gave me some story. My banker told them no that they could not charge the fees and they did take the fees off. 3 days after I bought the car the front speakers went out and they did nothing, and on the 5th day my engine light came on and I called them and Leonard Johnson my sales guy said there was nothing they could do. I understand that I bought a used car but you would think that they would at least look at it for me since I just bought it. To me this is customer service. But they do not pride there self on customer service. You know it doesn't hurt just to look and give me ideal of what is wrong. They have been very rude to me and basicly told me to take a hike. I really feel they had not checked out this vehicle before they sold it. I will not ever referr anyone th this dealership and I will file a complaint with the BBB. Again I know I bought a used vehichel. More

I was literally headed across the street to the Acura dealership, to trade in my 2012, where they were holding a car for me, when I decided to just "pop in" and see what I was missing. IT was all over at that point, and then he told me that I could actually afford the car of my dreams! The process was about 1/4th of the time my last car took!! Everyone at Park Place Jaguar was friendly and accommodating. Our transaction involved 3 vehicles (one purchase and two trades), and I was very satisfied with all. I had actually just left a Mercedes dealership a couple of blocks away with disappointing results in trying to place orders for cars for both me and my wife. As I drove by Park Place Jaguar, I saw the preowned Aston Martin and decided to inquire. I had been looking at them nationally for a couple of weeks, so it didn't take me long to decide to cancel my order down the street and negotiate the 3-way deal, much to the credit of Leonard Johnson and Daniel Syvrud. For the record, my wife still wanted the Mercedes for herself and I decided to go to Park Place Mercedes close to our house and was treated to another great purchasing experience. Ironically, I have known the owner of the "other" Mercedes dealership and purchased vehicles there for years, but your business is only as good as the people that make it up... a shout out to the Park Place organization for obtaining the best in the business to handle their customers!
