Repeat Satisfied Customer This is my second vehicle purchase from JLR Bellevue. Their sales and service staff have been nothing short of superb! Adam Gallardo was my sales re This is my second vehicle purchase from JLR Bellevue. Their sales and service staff have been nothing short of superb! Adam Gallardo was my sales representative for both purchases and he was extremely courteous and professional throughout both purchases. From the moment I entered the dealership, the staff was low-key and helpful, letting me know that if I had any questions or I wanted a closer look at any of the vehicles, they were there to help. Adam opened up all the vehicles I was interested in viewing and answered all questions as I asked them. When I told him what specific features I was looking for, he pointed out which ones had all, some, or a few of those features. This allowed me to check them all out and decide first hand if the options I wanted initially were ones that I still wanted. During the whole process, never once did he try to up-sell me into another vehicle. On both purchases (2017 and 2019), the finance staff and sales staff were easy to work with and listened to my questions and concerns, patiently answering each one during the process. During the first ownership experience, the service center was likewise courteous and professional during the visits. I was texted or called to set up service dates and times that worked best for me. After my most recent purchase, one of the service staff (Katarina) walked with me to the service center and walked me through the facility including the drive-up and drive-thru setup, explaining what to expect when I brought my vehicle in for any service items and giving me a business card to call the service department directly if I had any other questions I thought of later. Overall experience, I'd give them 6 stars but only 5 are available. Hands down, the best sales and service facility in the PNW in my experience. More
