The overall experience was confusing. I took my car in for service and my appointment was made with David. He appeared surprised and could not find my paperwork. My car service was completed in one day. for service and my appointment was made with David. He appeared surprised and could not find my paperwork. My car service was completed in one day. David called and asked me about another service which he said would be completed that day. No one called me to tell me my car was finished. Day 5, I called and some young lady says "it appears to be complete". My checkout service with Dane Duncan was wonderful!! Dave was telling me he sent someone to get my car, when it was parked in front of me, Wow! I'm only giving 3 stars because of my experience with David. More
