Had a recurring issue with my Land Rover and Bluff City bent over backwards to make things right, advocating for me with JLR and traded me into a new Jaguar at a great price. lack of service After having Land Rovers from this dealership since 1995, it is the first time I could not have a loaner with 3 weeks notice. This is a major inconve After having Land Rovers from this dealership since 1995, it is the first time I could not have a loaner with 3 weeks notice. This is a major inconvenience. My wife, who has a Jaguar XJL from this dealership, and I are both practicing physicians in different parts of the metro area. Arranging for both of us to be here at the same time is difficult. Chad couldn't have cared less. He rarely returns phone calls and usually only after several voice mails. I also have a 2020 Discover Luxe on order. I told him I only wanted the brake repair. He signed med up for multiple things that I did not want. I had to go through them line by line. It was another inconvenience. After dropping my Rover off, they brought me home but then I had to have another vehicle to drive. He only offered to drop it at my after service was complete. There is no one at home to receive it and I had to turn in my rental. A very negative experience. I have already complained to Land Rover nationally. More
