Extremely disappointed 😔 with service, had vehicle taken on Saturday, was told that would be worked on Monday after approval, then told that the numbers didn't work for the dealership, waited 3 more days an on Saturday, was told that would be worked on Monday after approval, then told that the numbers didn't work for the dealership, waited 3 more days and constant calls from me, and then ultimately having to pay more because of a claim to put on parts that the warranty company didn't cover, but not told of this before the work, because I stated I wouldn't want to pay, but after speaking with service person, he said work hadn't been done, then it was because the mechanic did it without him knowing. Then, I'm now obligated to pay or they're going to hold my vehicle. The Service person was very slow responding, and at the end of my experience, I was told that they had threw away the original parts, but then they were found, not sure if they were the right parts, but in the end I would never return or refer anyone, not just my Family, no one period. More

The service department was understaffed loaner cars were dirty. The staff ask me for licenses and credit cards information as if I was going to steal there dirty car and was told not to use up all the ga dirty. This was the worst experience that I have ever had at Jaguar. First of all, I called ahead to tell that I was on my way and I just need to have my tires checked out because the air pressure light was on. Jaguar. First of all, I called ahead to tell that I was on my way and I just need to have my tires checked out because the air pressure light was on. I was told to come on in and they will get right on it. I arrived at 11:50am. I was attended to promptly and told that there were several technicianS with nothing to do so they would started right away.? I waited in the lounge for over an hour with no communication as to the status of the problem. I finally had to get someone’s attention to check on my vehicle, only to find out that the technician that was supposed to be working on my car had gone on his lunch break and is back and just getting started. After another hour had passed, I went to the repair department to check again because no one had given me an update. I was then told that they were looking for another tire to replace my tire. No one even told me my tire needed replacing or what was wrong, only that that I needed to get a new tire. I waited another hour, this time I decided to wait in repair area so that I would not be ignored or forgotten. After 3 hours of sitting with no communication, the manager came to apologize and told me my car would be ready in 10 minutes. He asked if I wanted a car wash and I told him originally I did however after waiting for 3 hours with no feedback I simply wanted them to finish up. I feel they should have offered me a loaner or At least told me ahead of time about the wait so that I could have rescheduled or made other arrangements. The professionalism here leaves a lot to be desired. We have a Purchased a Jaguar and a Range Rover from them and have been loyal customers. I just expected better and was very disappointed. More
