Vehicle was in service for over a month(11/10/2021) for warranty work and did not receive any updates until I called(12/20/2021) multiple times and finally emailed the Service manager and finally got a cal warranty work and did not receive any updates until I called(12/20/2021) multiple times and finally emailed the Service manager and finally got a call back. They also claimed that the TPMS sensor went bad while it was in their possession, that's why they couldn't work on the car, and charged me over $350 to replace the sensor for them to release the vehicle.
