I spoke with him the following day and he walked me through the process since I was coming from out town. I flew in a week later and he picked me up from airport and drove me the dealership for a test drive. The SUV was exactly as he described and pictured online. An hour later I had my dream SUV. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Troy. More

Poor service after being sold a lemon Bought a brand new Velar in Oct (bought it bc we are having our first child) and the windows fogged up so bad we couldn’t see while driving. Called dealership to ask about others having this issue and they never followed up. We had to keep calling them to get a temp fix- the temp fix was a zip tie to force open a valve! When it started happening again we found out online that a recall was coming for the fog issue and never heard from dealership as we had to call again to set up fixing our 3 month old vehicle. Battery died and needs replacing already too. The screens change automatically regardless on settings -which none of this should happen on a $90k vehicle. The lack of communication by service is terrible and little customer service- they basically took our money, sold us a lemon of a car and don’t seem to care we have issues after their check has cleared. If we could return our vehicle we would. More

Great Experience I spoke with Omar a couple of months ago about what I was looking for. When our conversation was over, I thought I would never hear from him again. On Nov 28th, he contacted me that he had a car he was sure I would love. On Nov 30th , I was on my way home with the Evoque Convertible of my dreams.
