Horrible customer service!! I wish I can give them zero stars for the horrible customer service they provided. I came in on a Saturday to lease a car and all sales people where t I wish I can give them zero stars for the horrible customer service they provided. I came in on a Saturday to lease a car and all sales people where too busy to help. I came back again the next day (Sunday) towards closing and there were at least 3-5 sales people that threw me around to each other because they didn’t want to help. If they took 1 minute out of their day to address me: they would’ve found out that I was dropped off via Uber there both days so I can drive my new car home. I will be going to Mission Viejo Land Rover tomorrow and lease from them. I’ve leased my last 2 range rovers from Mission Viejo and customer service was outstanding! Much better than what I’ve experienced here at Newport Beach! Not even ONE salesman wanted to address what I needed! More

As a result, I ended up with a beautiful car that did not have the features I wanted. I was also not given an overview of my vehicle at or after delivery so I found out on my own that I didn't get my dream car after all.
