I would like to express my taughts on a recent purchase of a 2013 Range Rover. I found a car they had on the internet. I made them an offer based on the paint being in good condition. They told me it had a very small ding on the hood and a few small stone chips. I purchased a ticket and flew there to pick it up. The car had two very obvious marks on the rear fender and both sides of the front bumper were badly scraped. I told the sales manager I was very upset that the car had been so badly misrepresented and he said "It's a used car what do you expect" and "I don't care if you buy it or not". What I expected was the truth. I thought I may be to have the marks on the fender polished out and that I could get the bumper repainted for about $500. My cost to get back to the airport and fly back home would have been $650. so I decided to purchase the car and have the work completed. Before posting this review I emailed the general manager and told him what happened and asked him to make it right. He didn't respond. My advice would be to run from this dealership as fast as you can. More
